Potentially, there is no single household, group, institution, or society, in which a leader rallies his troops to pushback an aggressor insistent on disrupting their life by force, where what happened to late President Idriss Debby of Chad yesterday, is not a possibility.

Those leaders who ‘escape’ the sad fate hardly ever know what might have been. Families, friends, fans and admirers of gallant leaders who continue to enjoy the company and presence of their heroes long after they have pushed back the biggest threats to their peace and security, never know the amount of debt they owe in gratitude to the One who spared the lives of those heroes.
